The Department of Community Development and Housing's Housing, Finance and Preservation Division (Housing Division) manages a variety of affordable housing programs funded/regulated at the federal, State, and local levels. The primary purpose of these housing programs is to expand the supply of decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing for the residents of our County.
